Our Story
Solidarity Staffing grew from an idea by two business professionals who saw a need in our community for more compassionate and efficient job placement agencies. Espradu Blaise and Amos Baptiste worked at several companies for ten years, assisting local and regional companies like Caito Foods, MSIL, First Diversity and Morales Group with their hiring needs. They saw a big gap between what was needed by our workers and what was being provided by the agencies.
These two partners, who were also spiritual leaders, received regular complaints and saw that recruiters weren’t providing qualified candidates, or didn’t treat them well, and they thought, “Together, we could do better.” Now we are Solidarity Staffing; we are just as concerned for our employees as we are with the companies that hire them, and our agency is focused on treating both employee and employer honestly, equitably, and with kindness and respect.
